Orders & Returns



All you need to do to buy from the Bluesock Hostels shop is to follow the steps indicated below:

Please note that to make an order from BLUESOCK SHOP you must be 18 years of age or older.

  1. In the main menu, click on ‘Products’
  2. Click on the product you’re interested in to see more photos, a description, details of its composition, available sizes, colours, and its price
  3. Once you’ve selected the product you’d like to buy, add it to your shopping cart
  4. Then you can choose to continue buying, or to go to your shopping cart in order to complete the order process
  5. Check your order to make sure that everything’s OK
  6. If you’d like to process your order, you’ll have to start a session with your account, or register as a new user
  7. Enter your delivery and invoicing details
  8. Choose the delivery method
  9. Choose the payment method: Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard
  10. Confirm the order, and that’s it!

Your card may be rejected for any of the following reasons:

  • The card has expired. Check the expiry date on your card.
  • You’ve reached your card limit. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the limit for making purchases.
  • Some of the details you have entered are incorrect. Check that you’ve filled in all of the necessary fields properly.


The products sold through the website are delivered in Spain (except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), the Member States of the European Union, Andorra, Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, USA, Iceland, Japan and Switzerland.

Deliveries are sent by post, and will be delivered in approximately 10 working days in the case of deliveries to the Iberian Peninsula, and 20 working days for deliveries to other destinations.

Exchanges, returns, cancellations and refunds

If after receiving your purchase you are not satisfied, you may change the size of the item acquired or return it within a period of 14 days from the day on which the order was received, providing the item has not been used, washed or damaged. BLUESOCK SHOP will not accept returns or exchanges of items that have been used, washed or damaged, except for faulty items. For hygiene reasons, glasses cannot be exchanged or returned. Only exchanges for different sizes will be accepted, not for other different models. In order to exchange a model or item for another, this must be processed as a return and a new purchase.

Any items being returned must be carefully packaged. The package must include the delivery note or the refund form, which must be correctly filled in.

Exchanges with home collection service

In order to change the size of products purchased from this website, you must send an application online using the form available on the ‘Contact’ tab, indicating the item you wish to return. We will contact you as soon as possible with the corresponding return instructions. Once your request has been confirmed, we will contact you to arrange the collection date and time.

Exchanges by post

Items purchased from the website can be exchanged for other sizes by post, sending them to the following address:

You should return the items using certified mail or with acknowledgement of receipt. All delivery costs for items you wish to change or return will be charged to the customer. We will not accept any returns received on a cash on delivery basis.
